Hi,I have looked on the shimano website and it says the front one is 12.8mm and the rear ones are 16mm and 9mm but the front one is definately bigger than my 15mm cone spanner and looks like 17mm.Can anyone confirm this or know what size they are? Thanks.

I adjusted a mate's front wheel yesterday and the cone was 13mm and the locknut was 17mm. Seemed pretty normal at the time. Sometimes the cones are more than that though, I seem to recall.
