Trying to track down any stocks of 22" diameter Vittoria Juniores Tubular Tyres. (yes little tiny tubs). For my daughters mini road bike.

Also does anyone have any ideas if there are any clincher rims + tyres which could be fitted as alternatives. The ERD for the current sprint rims is 463mm. Any ideas?
