Wheels or brakes?

My worst parts on my bike are the brakes and wheels, well my crank as well, but its a good one, lx hollowtech and prices of shimano I will leave for right now. maybe xt after credit crunch, and if they fail.
So I was debating on: I have saved money and got merlin vouchers for my b-day, what would you upgrade?
I have mavic crossrides with black spokes and hubs 2008, and also magura louise 2008 brakes.
This is on a superbud 2008.
What would you upgrade, If its wheels, what would you recomend, I got maybe 150.00- 200.00 to spend.
