Brakes for Pace RC36 Forks

Hello!
Can anyone reccommend me some v-brakes that will fit a pair of Pace RC36 forks?
Because of the brace on the font of the fork my cheap Tektro's rub and catch so I have had to remove the front brace (I'm okay with this on the road but don't really want to get too far off road without the brace). I am looking for some low profile brakes that will work with the brace.
