Trek Fuel 95 - stripping & servicing rear suspension piv

Hello

I bought the above frame off eBay - it seems to be in excellent condition but before I build it up I would like to strip & service all the rear suspension pivots. Is there anything I need to know or is it simply a case of undoing the bolts, degrease, regrease and bolt back together? Or should I just leave it - or get a bike shop to do it?

I am fairly handy with the ol' spanners etc so not particularly daunted by it, but I have never had a full-sus frame before so just wonder if there is anything to be aware of. Thanks

I am surprized no trek owners have replied to you. Check out the trek service manual online or if you have it first,and make sure everything goes back in the correct order to the correct torques. If you encounter problems you can always get the Lbs to put right for you.
