Trueing a wheel
I have Mavic Askum wheels and the rear has slight wobble to It. Ive taken the tyre and tape off in an atempt to true It up can not find a good way of freeing the spoke nipple from the threds of the spoke. In the past I would have turned the nipple until it freed itself but these are bladed spokes and when the blade twists it looks a bit to much and Im afraid that after twisting the spoke It might do some permanent damage. Is there a recognised way of holding the spoke while you brake the nipple seal from the spoke? :?

Mavic do a spoke holder (as do other people) just for this reason.
but an adjustable wrench works just as well.
