I had this with my MTB and it was the Control tech quick release clamp.
    Whats your frame made from?
If its alloy and your seatpost is alloy then maybe your not giving it enough torque?
Have you also tried to clean inside the frame to clean off any grease etc.

If it's alloy in an alloy frame, you should use some grease otherwise it will stick itself fast. You only need the thinnest layer of grease, too much could cause it to slide. Has it always slipped down, or only recently?
Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos

You can use carbon assembly paste, which acts as both a barrier to prevent seizing and helps the post to stick. This will work even with an alloy post.

You can also fit a collar on the post, my seatpost from Probikekit was supplied with one.
