Advertisers jumping on the cycling bandwagon

Who saw the Diet Coke ad the other night with Duffy supposidly riding a single/fixie around a supermarket to get some of the product. On the close up shots she obviously wasn't riding and the long shots were unclear as to who was on the bike.

Duffy, bah.

We've had Hoy with cereal, some kind on an ING insurance ad I think (riding the pavement) and some plank nodding at that extra long yellow taxi. Apart from Hoy the rest was a bit silly.

I can honestly say that i lost respect for Sir Hoy after watching that advert!

Bad thing that, why she advertising coke? It's ****, it rots yer teath, it can release stuck bike parts!, it's lethal!!

Yes there were a couple of shots of here riding but she was very shakey, then it cuts to another shot of her in the distance and the riding style is very different. I would imagine the Health & Safety boys got involved.

The Sir Hoy/Bran Flakes one makes me smile. In all the times I've been to the Manchester track I've never spotted a table in the centre with a bowl of Bran Flakes on it
