Confess my sins

Been trying to go on a helath drive lately, but slipped a bit tonight. After my gammon and chips dinner (albeit with two roast tomatoes) I went out, had 5 pints, then stopped off at McDs and had 2 double cheeseburgers, a chicken fillet burger and coke.
A few calories there methinks - and I am still bloody hungry.

That is a good effort Sonic! I love Gammon, I'd have it over any other meat given the choice.
You up for riding this weekend? Me and easyG are thinking of coming to Wharny, looks like theres no rain forecast so at least thats in our favour.0 -
Slipped a bit.
Sounds more like a landslide to me. I am saddened and disappointed in you young man, at least you have seen the error of your ways so self flagellation is not required this time.0 -

I'm having a hell of a bad time at the moment after paying for private health tests, not being happy with the NHS it's left me on a strict diet of no wheat, yeast, gluten and low sugar. Add supplements to that and it's a bit of a mess. I've been pretty good in the 10 days i've been on it, lots and lots of salads, some meats, a few gluten/wheat free things like some orange chocolate wafers which are nice for the sweet tooth. Have broken the rules about 5 times in 10 days but only in tiny ways, no binging or anything like that. Can't wait to get riding so the 6lbs i've dropped already increases!Start Weight 18st 13lbs March 2009
17st 10lbs August 2009
17st 4lbs October 2009
15st 12lbs December 2010
Final planned weight 12st 7lbs0 -

Have to let you know! As healthy (or not as it is hehe) my appetite is, my fitness is pretty bad! Still doing those easy gentle jaunts to get over that first hurdle. Fecking M.E.0 -
That was last week!0
