Checking over a bike after a stack

Other than the obvious check over - are there any particular tips / tricks for checking a bike after a stack?

It all looks ok from the standing next to it and giving it a once over and a shake / spin.

I can't ride it yet - can't swing a leg that high yet!

I did hear a plastic snapping sound during the flips which I thought might be the I-Beam saddle - but that looks ok and doesnt bend etc.

ride it and if you hear strange noises stop and look.

Or strip it down and inspect each part.
