Hi,
My Fox F120 RLC has some play between the stanchion and slider. The left hand side fork is fine, it's just the right hand side with a small amount of play when I rock the bike with the front brake on. I thought it was the headset at first but it turned out to be the forks. The fork works/looks fine otherwise, I wouldn't notice it riding apart from a clicking sound when stopping.
Can this be sorted at home or would it need to be sent for repair? www.tftunedshox.com ok?

Bushings can be fitted at home, but the specific tools make it easier. Can be bodged.
I'd send it away, TF Tuned can refit them/resize them. Though a tiny bit of play isn't too bad.0 -
Thanks Super. Is it possible, (without any bodging), to take the fork leg apart and insprect to confirm the loose bushing? My Ride Stumpjumper Expert 20080
