what i found out was a size 45 in specialized sport road cycling shoes would be 46 sidi genius 6.6
also the sidi genius 6.6 fit is similar for width with specialized. the ergo 2 is narrow0 -

yes id think so. heres a bit of reading about those after sidi shoes, as it helps to be a bit more in the know before you pay up to £149 +
