is a 17.5inch decathlon rockrider 9.2 too small for someone 6ft 1" ?.i read the sticky on sizing before hand but im looking at a particular bike.

I should imagine you would have adeeqaute standover clearence, but whether you like the reach and angles is down to you.
It would 'fit' but the larger size might fit better, or shpuld I say you may prefer it. I quite like a longer set up. If you do, get the larger size if buying blind.0 -

I tend to find the effective top tube length more important than the size guide of seat tube length. But as previously mentioned its totally personal to how you feel on the bike.0
