I am well on the way to destroying my first 'proper' MTB a Rockrider 6.3, it's less than a year old, it has been used almost daily doing a 12 mile off road circuit, a couple of events and some 'pleasure' rides over the moors.
It's just not up to the job but has been a joy to use, I should have spent more when I bought it but didn't expect riding to become such an important thing for me.
I'm already considering my next bike and it'll have to be a hard wearing hardtail, the Genesis IO ID seems very suitable, the hub gears suggest low maintenance and lack of rear suspension should see less £ when it comes to wear and servicing.
The reviews of the IO ID are good but I prefer real world users opinions, have you got one if so how is it, what do you think ?
