Tyre choice for Marathon riding

may be an old question but here goes anyway - what tyre choice for riding a marathon? It's in Singapore so conditions are gonna be very dry and very hot, trail is not too technical but will go from forest single track to fire road to loose pack single track and some rocky / grassy sections. I'm a big bloke at 6-6 & 105kgs, so need a bigger tyre, bike is a Stumpy FSR.

Anyone experienced in riding longer distance marathons let me know. This is a 100k day / night solo ride.
