I'm undecided on whether to buy Easton EA50 SL wheels or the non-carbon EA70 version.

What do the 70's have over the 50's to make them £60 better? Anyone using any of these wheels? Will I notice the difference? Not racing anymore so really just for training.

EA70s use more spokes (24/28 v 20/24) and different hubs. I went with the 70s because the spoke count is slightly more sensible for general riding and they still manage to come up lighter than the 50s..

The stickers are a bit 'in yer face' though - I peeled mine off...

Although the 50s are rated, as the recent C+ review showed, I would go with the 70s also. LIght weight and more spokes is worth the extra money imo.
