hi guys,

i had my bike 4 years after coming off a hardtail. i love it and thought it was the best bike i had ever been on. never touched the shock set up, i thought the bike shop had it set it up for me. anyway about 3 weeks ago the rear shock bottomed out, so i bought a shock pump, pumped it up to the correct pressures in the positive / negative chambers. what a difference, it's amazing, i thought it was good before, but it's fantastic now. BUT, on the lockout setting it doesn't completely lockout as it did before. i've tried different pressures in each chamber and can't get it to stop. is this normal as the manual says it disengages once it sees a bump. how do i get it to lock out properly?

cheers
