They're usually ace. 1-2 days is usual. Maybe the snow has set them/the Royal Mail back.0

Yes, I think the snow may have caused a backlog.
Wiggle are usually quick, although I find CRC are like lightning.0 -

I like your style dragon..
coincidentally, I ordered a saddle from Wiggle on Tuesday, but I'm not expecting it anytime soon. We live in a valley at the end of a steep farm track - we haven't even seen the postman for two days, so I can't see Wiggle's courier company making the trip down here until the snow clears...
Although I have to say they are usually excellent - the last few items I've ordered actually turned up earlier than expected, and it's not often you can say that...0 -
how is it going to get to you today if you ordered at 11pm? Unless someone from the store drives it to you personally!!
if you order something during business hours ...then yeah...i have always recieved stuff next daypain is temporary..... but it does hurt!0 -
I used 3 companies last week Bikedock, Probike Kit and Wiggle for orders at the sametime. Out of all 3 Wiggle were the slowest by 3 days despite using priority delivery.0

I think you missed Willhubs post last week0 -
I ordered these when they werent in stock and got them 3 days later. I probably ordered them at 11am though .

What the pic doesnt show (even if you enlarge it) is the more than slightly effeminate latex pattern on the ankle cuffs  .0 -
Yeah - they're worse than Ribble. I ordered this on Saturday night 9.24pm:

I didn;t pay for priority delivery, and it didn't come until 10am on Tuesday! Suppose they'll blame the snow
Oddly though, it was 60% off at the time and I paid £53.72 - it's now on a 'weekly special' for the same 60% and it's £22 more!!! :?Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos0 -
i ordered Tuesday evening and received on Thursday with standard delivery.0

I didn't get any sweets, or tuna pasta bake, in the box either :twisted:Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos0

They are useless. I ordered something at about 20:00 on Christmas Eve, plenty of time to get it before the Christmas Day ride. Would you believe I was waiting until the 28th?0

Still waiting for tyres which were sent out last Friday....Paul0

ordered some forks Tuesday PM, turned up Wednesday AM. I fully expect to be spolit by these levels of service for all future transactions0

I was furious with Wiggle last week. I ordered a computer and declined to pay for priority delivery as I did not need it "next day", in fact "next week" would have done fine. Free delivery it was.
Imaging my horror when it did turn up the next day, less than 24 hours after being ordered. The inconsiderate lunatics DEPRIVED me of two or three days excitied expectation. Don't they realise thatthe anticipation of new toys is often better than the actual receipt? Pah.0 -
Well, this morning I received a track bike, and I wasnt even going to order it until October! Now THAT's service, well done Wiggle again I say...0

Still waiting for a multi tool that they sent out on 21st Jan!!!!!'Hello to Jason Isaacs'0 -
well, my saddle arrived this morning - realistically, I wasn't expecting it until after the weekend.
Top class service...0 -
My saddle came at 8.50am. Unfortunately I was still in bed at that point, so I had to go to the post sorting office to get it.
They sent it in a fecking huge box with bubble wrap type stuff meaning I had to stand around for ages stripping off all the crap so I could fit the saddle in my rucksack so I could cycle to my lecture. Wiggle do seem to go over the top with packaging sometimes.....0 -
The only problem I've had with Wiggle is the courier they use, and more specifically their depot. They usually try to deliver when I'm at work. So it usually goes to a neighbour instead, which is no problem. A couple of times though it's gone back to the depot which is located off a roundabout junction of two expressways, not somewhere I'd want to cycle to (regardless of if I could get the parcel back on my bike) and not accessible by bus. Last time I had to scrounge a lift of my dad (who lives 10 miles away).
Apart from that, Wiggle are great0 -
