since 4am i've had cream of beef dispensing outa my arse and chunky carrot and tomato outa my mouth.

Lovely. Last time I have a subway!

Any advise how I can get rid of diarrhoea? i feel like utter shite today.

    Keep your fluids up, and electrolytes.

    Loperamide can stem the runs, but I like pepto as soothes both ends lol.

    kewl, i'm trying to drink squash...feeling a tad bit beter than 5am :(

    I'll send the GF out for one or the other of above. I feel like death :(

    Pepto is great! Tastes a bit weird, and tuens yer crap black, but stops you puking and doing rapidfire rearend volleys. Good for hangovers!

    pepto is made from vodoo magic! Its day glow pink but comes out black! thats some crazy shizzle, but defo works.

    Sounds perfect. Just managed 2 slices of toast, but water is just going straight thru me :(

    took some at 2pm and i've felt SO much better. starting to drink more water now, haven't eaten as my stomach is a bit iffy but i'm a million times better than this morning!

    BTW pepto tastes like my dads toothpaste, euthymol!

    Well i ate the exact same as my GF all day apart rom she had a McD's and I went for a Sub.
    I dont normally have them but its the last time I eat one thats or sure!

    i had a job delivering gas canisters for drinks machines and pubs one summer, and they delivered to all the subway shops, i went in and saw the guy mixing up all the tuna mayo gunk in a bowl with his bare hands, then stick it on the floor uncovered to store it, quick wipe with a massive tissue thing, then arm first into another bowl. the guy was rank, definately the smelly kid at school.

    i wouldnt imagine thats commonplace in all stores but it was enough for me to never eat in any of them again.

    I'm sure you are over your bout of the squits by now but if there's a next time take a big spoon full of Bisto gravy powder. It browns and thickens. :lol:
