Should the red rebound knob on a brand new unused Reba be wobbly and loose? This is not normal is it?

they have some play in them. but it is still haed to pull out?

it is removable as it is an allen key.

it's loose as in loose clockwise and anticlockwise, but it's still hard to pull out.

i did have a lot of oil leaked out last week, i think the knob became loose after that. the fork is unused and is still in the box. so what do you think is wrong?

Without looking, I couldn't say. Mine turn quite freely.

pull it out and check the foot nut is tight.

But if you have had an oil leak from that area i would be sending it back.

Yeah, I had (and still having) a lot of leak from the blue compression switch so i'm returning it. LBS told me that there should not be any leak from there even if the fork was turned up side down for an extented period of time, is this right?
