I know you can get a 20mm to 9mm adapter kit, bit is there one that will allow a 9mm qr to be used in a 20mm fork?

    No

    Why would you want to?

Is this your first sensible question, or are you about to rip the pi55 again?

DT Swiss do several types of conversion kits for QR /20mm . for their hubs .
Have a look at their web site and also Chain Reaction as they sell them

The 20mm axel is 10mm wider than a standard QR anyway, so even if there was an adapter a standard qr wouldn't fit.

yes, I know. I used to have 10mm to 14mm screw on adapters for my bmx and was wondering if there are similar screw ons for mtb wheels.

It is possible, but you need the correct forks, namely Society Xenos. You can use both 9mm and 20mm wheels with these using the supplied adaptors.
