old old kona cable guide help

I've recently snapped my old seatpost runner off my kona lave dome 1994 model (to allow a V brake system to be fitted, a collar would have to be put round the base of the seat post to guide cable around and into the rear V brake pipe) as they didn't have a rear cable runner attached to the frame.

Would anybody know where to begin to look for an ancient piece of kit like this ? I've tried chain reaction and wiggle.

That one piece of kit has essential rendered my poor little retro commuter bike brakless.
