Bent Rear Axle

My rear axle appears to be very slightly bent.

While fitting my winter mudguards with my bike upside i noticed that the cassette was moving very slightly as the wheel went around.

Is this bad?

Quite normal. The movement is in the freehub. A bent axle would not cause this anyway.
