Seatpost stuck!!!
Hi.
My carbon seatpost is stuck in my alu frame.
I tried hitting the seatpost hard with a spanner too, I dont care if I smash it as I gonna have to get a new one anyway.
I've tried lemonade (I never had any coke, though it might do the trick)
Tried degreaser
Tried spanner on bit that holds the seat
No matter how much force I put through it, it will not come undone.
I was not too bothered but found my seat is too low and I want it higher, I did try bashing the seat hard with a spanner and it was slowly nudging it sidewards, but I'm worried the shock might break something on the bike?
Cutting is not an option as I have nothing to cut it with.
Any ideas?

Assume you meant the bike and not the lemonade
Did you manage to sort it?Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos0 -

Aye. I reckon it was due to a bit of over torquing - the carbon seatpost was destroyed. Put a new seatpost in with a bit of grease and worked out a better saddle height.
It took a huge effort to get the bloody seatpost out.......0
