Anybody know of a bike shop local to brum - that has a good range of cycles shoes
Shops i know are:-

Fred Williams - Wolverhampton
City Centre cycles - Birmingham City Centre
Speed Cycles - Bromsgrove.

I tend to buy most of my stuff on line - but really want to try shoes on , with my orthotics - anybody know what stocks the above shops hold or any other shops local to me

Fred Williams have Specialized, Sidi, and some Shimano I think. Would probably be worth giving anywhere a ring first if you're after something specific. If you expalin should be able to get something in for you to try I guess. Fred Williams is closed fro some building work till Sat 23rd though by the way.

If it's Specilized you're interested in (great shoes in my opinion) there's also the Concept store at Fort Dunlop.

The specilazed are good - especially good value. But I get numb foot - and have noticed a lot of posts with the specialised bg shoes /spd sl combo complaining of this - probably just coincedence - but as I need to change my shoes - best to try something different - I quite fancy the shimano r151 or the successor to.

Sidi Mega wide also - but these are hard to obtain.
