Widest Shoes ?

I Iintend to get my next pair of road shoes from an LBS - as I want their advice on fitting especially as I wear orthotics. I current have Spesh BG sports - but fancy a change - mainly due to the number of people who get numb foot with this shoes (probably not the shoe - but worth a try)

Are there any brands models which do a wide shoe - I know sidi do a 'mega' - but not many people stock this - I would want to spend about £100 max.
