Cuts in my tyres. Need to replace?

Hi, I recently noticed a couple of small cuts (3-4mm) on the middle part of my back tyre (the part in contact with the road if the bike is upright). Do I need to worry about these or should I just leave them?

I don't really want to replace my tyre, but will do so if my safety is compremised of course. Or can they be glued back together?

Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Superglue on the tread is fine.

(Never Superglue the sidewalls though)

You could use a rubber patch inside the tyre, or even duct tape...
