Are there any aero levers for drop bars that would work with the above hydraulic disc brakes?

as far as I know, No is the answer.
Best you can do is put some Avid BB7 road calipers on instead.Recipe: shave legs sparingly, rub in embrocation and drizzle with freshly squeezed baby oil.0 -
if you're lucky you might be able to run them by the stem like cx levers.0

Not unless you have access to a CNC machine...0

AFAIK there are no drop-bar brake levers for hydraulics - Avid BB7's provide surprisingly good levels of brake performance - but you need a different version for drop bars, the cable pull is different in comparison to the flat bar version.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0

But to answer your question no there are no brake levers that work with disc brakes for drop bars yet.
the above was a Project. Maybe in a few years?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
