(Try saying it 10 times quickly after a few beers.......)

Anyway, I have a 2003 Centaur 10 speed triple on my summer bike, and I am looking at changing the cranks from 170s to 175s. The current cranks are the 5 arm design, with 52/42/30 chainrings. I am wondering if the current Centaur cranks will be compatible, or are things going to get expensive? Any advice would be appreciated, ta.

Yes, they will, assuming you buy the triple (obviously). You'll be needing the Ultratorque tools to fit them though.
  • You can't just change the arms, you'll have to change the all chainset and the bottom bracket... alternatively look on e-bay if you find a pre-Ultra torque system
