Disregard ealrier post about the neutrons, I went ahead in the end thanks, chiefly to the good folk at Epic Cycles.

I know we've all had a good moan on here about Dave H***e and other folk (even Wiggle!), but i've rarely been as impressed by a shop as I have been with Epic since Christmas.

First of all they got me a new mech hanger at breakneck pace over the christmas post rush and did me a really good deal on some Stella bottle cages at the same time, then todays help with wheels, tyres and some Etxeondo shorts was the very model of giving the customer what they want not what you want to sell.

Anyway, i'm just rambling as i figure spreading the word about them is the best way to repay them for going above and beyond for me. Cheers guys!

    My experience with Epic was also a shining example of customer service. The fitting was extremely thorough (I was there 3 hours on my first visit) I'd researched the thing so thoroughly I knew every component I wanted, and not once did they try to sell me anything different. I was parting with a lot of money (for me anyway), but it was such a pleasant experience.

    My only complaint was that they acquired and built the thing so fast I hadn't had time to tell my wife!
