It's my first ever post so hopefully I've not posted this simple greeting in the wrong place.

In life I'm quite outspoken and will generally offer an opinion on most things, even if I'm speaking from a point of ignorance, but, I'm no bullshi**er.
I'm not a competitive cyclist I just cycle for fittness and my own pleasure. In the past I gained a first dan in tae kwon do and played football until the age of 35. That's when I took up cycling, I'm now 47, married with two grown up children and work as a (wait for it)

An aero engine detail and manufacturing assembley engineer extrordenaire "Aframes" a speciallity.

Well, FITTER really.

That's my first post, hope to make a whole load of new friends.

  • Hello and welcome Frank,
I'm 45 and a touring cyclist. Been cycling since about 10 when I got a chopper bike!
Done the Land's End to John o'Groats many years ago.
Mostly riding around Snowdonia here in North Wales.
Here's a box,a musical box. Wound up and ready to play.

Hi Frank , and welcome. There is no wrong place for a simple greeting.
