Pro Tour Team Budgets.

I was just wondering what are the budgets like for most pro tour teams (US or AUD if you can as im not too good with Euros or GBP), as i see some teams seem to have alot of great riders ie. Astana (Contador, Leipheimer, Kloden, Zubeldia, Popovych) and Katusha (McEwen, Steggamens, Pozzato) just to name some and others not so many of the highest caliber riders. Is this because of their budget or do riders go to these teams because of other different reasons.

If i could get some sort of list of the budgets of each team that would be sweet.

    The upper end (as in our Russian friends) is US$20m per year

    Lower end I would say around US$7m or so.
