1 cross spoke pattern; anyone build this way??
Ive built a few wheels, with various spoke counts and patterns, but wonder about 1 cross. I cant get the spokes i want in the lengths for 2 or 3 cross just now, and dont think the hub (Hope Pro 3) should be laced radially, so im pondering 1 cross.
Can they be radially laced, and if not, should i go for 1 cross?? Any advantages to that?? I weight 11 stone or so (70 or so kg) and its for my 'best' road bike.
