Campag cassette, SRAM drivetrain - will it work??
Some advice if you will chaps and chapesses...
I have a SRAM group waiting to be hung on my bike in replacement for my Campag stuff, but as yet I don't have the Shimano / SRAM freehub for my wheels (it's en route, just not yet arrived). I want to get started on getting the SRAM stuff on there, but also need to use the bike on my rollers Tues & Thurs.
If the freehub still hasn't arrived in time will I get away with running the Campag cassette with the rest of the kit being SRAM, or will that be a hideous mess of poor indexing, rattles and skipping?! :shock: :?
