Tights/leggings?

Right, I *think* this is the right place so, here goes;

When I'm out on the bike I wear leggings in weather like this- usually an ancient pair of ronhill tracksters-don't laugh, lovely bit of kit! Anyway, with them becoming pretty old I think it's time to buy a new pair or two. Unfortunately, I bought some newer ronhill tracksters last year, and I have two big problems;
1. Fabric seems really heavy, think and hot compared to the old ones,
and, more seriously,
2. Despite being the same size (med) they are very baggy and not "tight" at all.

I'm ~6'1", take a 32/34 leg with a 32ish waist. Basically, I'm looking for a reasonably lightwieght, well fitted pair of tights. Not sure about bib tights though..... Cheaper would be good, preferably sub- £30-40 if possible. I'm thinking maybe my legs are thinner than average?
Thanks.

    I ride in standard Altura Cruiser leggings when it's a bit nippy for shorts, they're very much like Ron Hills. The fleece-backed winter ones go on when the air is colder. Very happy with both.
    Aspire not to have more, but to be more.
