Winter storage - minimum temperature?

I've put my carbon frame in a bike bag safely tucked away at the back of the shed, but the temperature reached -10 earlier this week and whilst getting my other (Alu) bike out, it was noticeable that it had been affected by the cold temp - it was covered in frost/ dew and needed a good wipe down.
So that got me thinking - is there a minimum temperature bikes should be exposed to, particularly carbon frames, and is there anything I should pay particular attention to when packing a bike up for storage?
Cheers.

i would imagine if its tucked up/ insulated against the worst of the weather then it will be okay.
I wouldn't leave it to the elements uncovered it may make no difference though, just my opinion.Rock 'n' Roule0 -
Why not put it in the loft?
My whole road bikes up their for safe keeping over the winter.
I only had to remove the seat and wheels to fit it through the hatch.
Much harder for the thieving gits to nick it to0 -
I would think humidity is more important than temperature...that and any salt or other corrosive residue.2007 Giant SCR2 - 'BFG'
