thru-axle hubs

hi there, i know i'm probably asking a stupid question, i've just bought a felt compulsion 2 with rock shox pike 409's.
i've never used thru-axle hubs before and i just wanted to double ckeck how to remove the front wheel.....do i just unscrew the quick release all the way and pull the skewer out all the way so the wheel drops out?
i don't want to cock things up before my first ride

what axle is it?
maxle or maxle 360?
have you read the manual as that has the info there."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

cheers nick, it has maxle 360 20mm hubs, i just checked the spec, does that make a difference?0
