  • It sounds like a travel length adjuster that is situated on your handlebars. You see the long cable on the picture coming from the left stanction.. i'd assume that that is the missing part.

Btw, you could just use 1 thread about suspension for all you suspension queries...just a thought :P

Out of all the forks you have mentioned or been advised about on this or your previous thread the ones that SS told you about have been the best for £149.99

    http://www.bikeoutlet.co.uk/products/Ro ... 36-50.html

And they have a long enough steerer to fit your Marin!!

Nixon wouldn't fit your wheels, has a different axle.

Good prices, but were temperemental forks, and flexy.

The Nixons you have shown have a hex axle, I beleive this is 20mm and hexagonal in shape (correct me if I am wrong) your wheels will have standard Quick release axles which are 10mm.

I have had a look at your bike spec in your sig, you definately have standard 10mm quick release axles so you will need a fork with the standard 10mm qr axles.

When looking at forks on-line usually if it does not state what axles they have it will most probably be standard but to be safe ask the retailer!!

Yep, you have a standard QR wheel and fork, and need a standard QR fork unless you get a new wheel!

The Tora 318 will be the stiffest, strongest, most adjustable, best performing and relatively lightest fork you will find for 150 quid!!!
