turbo trainer spares?

Sorted out my turbo trainer that used with old mountain bike and noticed that where the trainer fixes to rear wheel there is no rubber in the cups to prevent scratcing spindles.

Can you buy spares or could i use some else?

It is an Elite Travel fluid trainer if it makes a difference
