My Cove HJ is now the happy owner of one of them new Reba Team maxle lite forks, and seems to be pleased with it.

But I think my new Trance might get jealous and try to prise it away from it sometime soon, even though it inherited the Cove's Revelation.

  • i unfortunatley managed to get my bike beaten up by tree at whinlatter and it got badly beaten up and ended up with a bust lever and handlebars and knackered grips and a bent front derailleur (which i should be able to bend back).
But i've just spent 120 quid on new stuff like nice new brake levers, new bars, lock on grips and a new pair of pedals soon.
Oh and its soon to have its own clinic to help it recover from my inadequacies, i bought it a workshop stand and might soon buy it a new maintenance kit cos my old one is looking a bit dated

Sheepsteeth - Your bike will turn out like the spoilt kid at school who got the At-At for Christmas if you're not careful.

  • My Salsa needs nothing but a good clean and somewhere warm for Christmas. Hate leaving bikes in the cold, wet garage.
My road bike is in need of a new set of wheels thanks to the useless (c)nut holding the wheel of a fiesta managing to push me off the road. At least it has new tyres to celebrate the new year, even if I'm too lazy/busy to put them on...
