Looking to upgrade my bike

Ok so i'm a newbie at road riding, came over from the MTB a little while ago, and am happy with the riding so far . Currently I have a Fuji Newest 3.0 which I brought over to the U.K. from the states where I used to live, and now it's time to upgrade.

I'm looking to get new cranks, new rear deraileur that will work with the type of shifters I have which are the ones on the curve of the handlebars with the brakes integrated into them, and possibly a few new things such as seat. What do you all recommend? I'm looking for something very comfy in the seat department, and when it comes to the deraileur i'm looking for something along the lines of SRAM XO, which is a bit pricy but worth it for smooth shifting and getting rid of the clicking sound I get from the deraileur when riding since it's a very cheap deraileur that's on my bike right now.
