I got mine from Hargroves in Winchester, a Minoura V150 Mag trainer which I think was about £140. It does the job.0

I got a Cycleops Magneto Resistance Trainer for Christmas. It's fantastic and very quiet. Much much better than my Tacx Cycletrack which is has now replaced. They're on offer at Wiggle presently and it came with a free Race Day DVD.0

If you can stretch your budget slightly then Kurt Kinetic, I've got the road machine, fairly quiet, as much resistance as you will ever need and good very strong construction and material, plus you get a free Conti Ultrasport home trainer tyre if you buy form Planet X. Do a google search and see what others say about it...
