Wilier Mortirolo Veleoce 08 Owner??

Right i am currently trying to recover from the dam flu. However something has brightend up my day. A Wilier Mortirolo Veloce 08 at £499 off for £1149.99.

Hopefully i am well enough on Monday to pop down to my local store so i can look it over in the flesh and maybe even buy one.

Before i commit myself to financial disaster :twisted: what do current owners of this bike make of them?

    I'm not so sure it is the massive bargain you think it might be.
    Have a look at Epics website and they have a 2008 Mirage for £999.
    They have a 2009 Centaur for £1599.

    If I were you I'd test ride several bikes, preferably on the same day, so you can compare.
    FWIW I tested 3 bikes including the Wilier Mortirolo and it was my least favourite.
    Getting folks to say great things about their own bikes isn't possible the most subjective analysis! :D

    This got a really good review in C+ last year, a friend of mine has one and he loves it. The wheels are a bit heavy, in fact the whole bike is quite heavy.
