3 Tesco Crees vs... what? (yes, it's a light thread, sorry)

I've got a P7 on the bars now, and 3 of the Tesco crees. It's a bit pointless putting them on the bars really, and one on the helmet isn't all that effective while 2 is a bit weighty. So, a quandry...
I'm on the fence, either start again with a better single torch for the head, or take the 3 crees and mod them to run off a seperate pack and stick all 3 on the helmet.... 3 of 'em aimed right gives a lot of light with a decent spread, but it's a hassle to do the work and to mount them up right, and it might be better just to get one better torch.
If I go for a second torch for the noggin, and try and sell the Tescos, I guess I'd be looking for something like the MTE SSC P7, but with a slightly tighter beam, also taking 18650s for simplicity. Anything spring to mind? I could just use a second MTE the same, it'd work decently but I'd like a wee bit more reach to complement the spread of the bar light.
Any advice?

get the new 430 lumen MCE off DX, light weight, uses 18650's, perfect for helmet mounting! And MCE is more of a spot than a P7 , but still with a nice aura!0
