Hello can anyone advice me on a matter with my bank, its lloyds tsb bank and ive just checked my accounbt and there has been some money taken out with my autherisation 40 and 50 in same day my some credit checking company. Im takeing morning off work to go to bank first thing in morning whats also good thing to do i want that money back will they help mecan any one advice please
I don't have a bike addiction problem.....bikes seems to have a problem with me.....it just can't seem to stay on.

Similar thing happened to me with Barclays.
I phoned them and explained, the sent me as many statements as I thought I needed to search through to find rogue payments.
I highlighted the payments, filled in and signed a statement which asked various questions about other people getting access to my accounts, internet payments, people sharing my house etc etc.
The credited the cash back to my account within a few days.0 -

It wouldn't be Experian would it? Thier free* service requires you to enter payment details then they take money unless you are very on the ball about when to cancel.0 -
hi thanks for replys, and the comapny or dodgy website is called Pstars.com. I phone police fraud last night my local police station and bank. the bank i have is TSb and they blocked my card straight away this morning i phoned bank fraud protection and they are sending me form to fill out, I traced the website to USA via IP address but couldnt gett rest info as have to pay LOL. Well i hope no they better recredit that money its 40 ponds and 50 pounds seperate and in same day. i have no idea where or how got card as i only use secure sites to shop ie bike shops only thing i know was last sunday i went into carphone warehouse and had a credit check done there as wanted to get labtop on contract but i couldnt make mind up. it annoying to me and anybody else who had this prob before. thanks again to poeple who replied.I don't have a bike addiction problem.....bikes seems to have a problem with me.....it just can't seem to stay on.

Yeah how did you mean by paypal ID, I have informed police got new card today just waiting for a form to fill out for the banks fraud protection and hopw fully HOPEFULLY get 90 pounds backI don't have a bike addiction problem.....bikes seems to have a problem with me.....it just can't seem to stay on.

thats nothing.... i had £2500 taken from my account.
eventually, the bank traced it down to my thieving little bastard brother... He'd found my "secret" number and then worked out my passwords. He transfered the money to his own account!!!0 -
