fitting free hubs halo

hi there im having some issuse with fitting a halo free hub to a halo spindoctor hub , i leave a little slack on the free hub and tighten the inner nut up but then when put under presure the free hub slips then jams?! if i tighten the free hub the thing just jams ? any help would gladly be appreciated thanks dan

    fit spacer. srew in the body tight. and then screw in the inner bolt tight.

  • ah ive been putting the spacer on the bolt ? is it ment to go on the free hub side ? the bolt does have a sholder and looks like it should go there ?

    fits between the body and the hub. (where the old one was).

  • ah thanks so much mate i took this apart about a year ago and have only just got a new free hub as have been using different wheels ,to many bikes not enough attention thanks again fella :D
