xc wheels with 20mm bolt through front

Hi all, I am looking to buy a light pair of xc wheels for my hardtail with 20mm font axle hub. At the mo I am looking at getting a pair of hope pro 2 with mavic 717 rims from Merlin for about £210. My budget is about £200 - £300.
Are these the best/lightest for the money? I know dt swiss 240s come in 20mm version but are a lot more expensive. Is it worth the extra £150???
Any help/suggestions would be great as this is a big commitment for me!

I'd stick with the Hope hubs 'cos the front's easy to convert between 20mm, 15mm and 'normal QR'. The rear can be converted from 'normal QR' to 12mm too. £300 is a lot of money to spend so making sure they'll fit any future frames and forks you might get makes sense.
