Mobile phone pouch?

Can anyone recommend a padded (and maybe waterproof) mobile phone pouch? I usually wrap mine in a couple of freezer bags and stash it in my seat pack, but I have to pack it carefully - a few months ago my old phone ended up alongside my house keys or multi-tool, and by the end of the day it had a great big crack on the screen (luckily it was right at the end of the contract so I got a new one). I don't like keeping stuff like that in my jersey pockets in case they bounce out during the day - I don't like zipped jersey pockets either.

Been riding with my phone in a plastic bag in my back pocket for years now and never had it jump out. In my experience - its the bigger things like raincapes that try and escape.

use an old phone with a pay as you talk sim ... that way you have phone for emergencies etc without popele pestering you when on a ride ...

either that or stash your phone in jersey pocket beneath jacker/gilet .. it'll not pop out then ... and if you put yer jacket/gilet on then thats another layer to stop it popping out of yer pocket ...

or carry a peiceof string and incase of emergencies buy 2 yoghurt cartons or cans of beans ... scientifically proven by 8 year-olds everywhere!
