i'm starting to have to take my laptop with me to work and my present backpack is too small, are there any suggestions for a 15.4" laptop bag that is comfortable on the bike

thanks

I have a Tech Air Libera, but the laptop is also in a neoprene slip case which is both waterproof and offers some protection. Its fairly comfortable on the bike and you can fit other bits in as well, I can get an A4 folder, lunch, power adaptor, mouse and another cad mouse in with space for a few other small bits.

I have a really nice Jansport rucksack with a great padded compartment in the back - not sure of the model though.
  • I rode to work couple of times with my laptop on my back, I was never very happy with how vulnerable it felt. I switched to using panniers and it is so much nicer, the weight is much lower, and I feel much more confident about it's safety.

  • Have a look on Ebay for Ogio backpacks, really good bags for the money. Or you could get a laptop sleeve and get a normal rucksack.
