Just the one that comes with the wheels.
  • I recent got a shimano ultegra hub which I believe is 10 spd but do not need a spacer for my 9 spd cassette.
I have only two things to say to that; Bo***cks

A Shimano 10sp cassette is narrower than a 9sp or 8sp cassette, so you don't need a spacer to fit a 9sp cassette - rather, you need a spacer to fit 10sp ! (a thin, ca 1-1.5mm big washer which comes with a 10sp cassette)

But you have Aksiums, with the Mavic M10 hub - this is not a Shimano hub, it's a Mavic hub with the same spline pattern as Shimano so you can fit Shimano cassettes to it.
But Mavic also make a Campag-spaced cassette which fits their M10 hub, and this is wider than a Shimano cassette, so to fit a Shimano cassette to the Mavic M10 hub you need to use the Mavic spacer which should have come with the wheels (a thicker, ca 3mm big washer)

    Mavic M10 hub
    - fitting Shimano 8sp or 9sp cassette : use the thicker Mavic spacer
    - fitting Shimano 10sp cassette : use the thicker Mavic spacer plus the thinner Shimano 10sp spacer
    - fitting Mavic's Campag-spaced cassette : no spacers
